Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.
We do not accept returns. However, if you do not receive your item, your item is damaged or your item is not as you ordered, please reach out about a refund or replacement of your item.
Non-returnable items are:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A photo of the damaged product is required for a refund or replacement.
Please do not send your purchase back to the printer or shipper.
Once your request is received and researched, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and analyzed your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If a replacement product is the method of choice, a replacement shipment will be processed.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take up to 30 days before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items of more than 10% off cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
